1. Shipping

      - Your order will be shipped via DHL and it will take approximately 3-10 business days, vary by country.

         As soon as your order has been confirmed, you could access your tracking information through our website.

      - You may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your international order.
       

         In addition, some orders may experience customs delay.

        Unfortunately, we have no control over these delays or charges.

     2. Exchange and Return

       -  Items should be returned within 7 days of receipt. Please request via Q&A board.

-  Please fill out the attached form and return in the original shipping box.

-  Please use DHL, pay in advance and send the package to:

      3. Refund Processing Time

       - It will take 2 or 3 days after we receive the items(s).

         Credit card cancellation may take approximately 2 to 7 days.

     -  Exchanges or returns may be impossible if:

▶ You make artificial repair, ironing or wash.
